Dehesa De Luna

Dehesa De Luna presents fruit aromas of dark red berries in the nose, such as currants and blackberries, distinct vanilla, licorice, an elegant balsamic note, and spicy herbs like rosemary and black pepper. On the palate, this red wine is very dense and round, with juicy fruit and a powerful body, and a very long, full finish.

The Dehesa de Luna winery was founded with the goal of producing the highest quality. It is not just about the end product. The estate is managed with great respect for the soil, vines, environment, and tradition. 60% of the energy demand is covered by a solar park. The lands exhibit an enormously high biodiversity with many rare animal and plant species. In 1996, Silvia Mora-Figueroa Domecq and her husband took over the Dehesa de Luna estate and restructured it. Grain cultivation and sheep farming were turned into vineyards, almond trees, olive groves, and generous reforestation areas.
