Berliner Brandstifter distills its gins in a small distillery in Kreuzberg – in the middle of a district known for its stubbornness and craftsmanship. No large-scale plant, no mass production: every batch is created with selected botanicals, from classic juniper to coriander seeds to more unusual ingredients that give the respective distillate its character.
The range extends from the classically structured London Dry Gin to more independent creations that show what is possible when you do not stick to conventions. The style is dry, clear, and direct – like the city from which the gins come. Pure over ice, as a base for a precise gin and tonic, or in a Negroni, the Berlin craft works equally well.
