rugged Aragon, old vines, clear stance
Axial Vinos comes from the heart of Aragon, more precisely from the catchment area of the D.O. Cariñena – a region where old Garnacha vines on barren soil and under extreme temperature fluctuations produce wines with an unmistakable character. The soils are barren, the wind comes from the Ebro Valley, and the summers are hot enough to concentrate grapes without any outside help.
Behind the label is the Bodem Group, a team of winemakers that views sustainability as a working basis – not as a communication strategy. The wines are vegan, the soil is protected, and the distances from the vineyard to the cellar remain short. The jury of Mundus Vini has confirmed that this attitude is also convincing in the glass.
What you find at Axial Vinos are wines with substance: structured, full of character, with the warmth of Aragon in the finish – and a price-performance ratio that is rare for this quality level.
