Schwarz Winery Schwarz Rot
Schwarz Rot from the Schwarz winery shows what a well-made red wine can achieve: dark fruit, structure and drinkability all in one.
The Schwarz winery has made a name for itself through meticulous craftsmanship in the cellar. We currently lack complete information about the exact origin of the grapes—as soon as we add it, you will find it here.
In the glass, it displays a deep ruby garnet color with a violet rim. The nose offers blackberry, ripe plum, and a hint of wood spice. On the palate, it is juicy and medium-bodied, with red berry fruit taking center stage, lively acidity, and ripe, smooth tannins. The finish is long, with a delicate extract sweetness.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C . Pairs well with pasta with tomato sauce, grilled lamb, or a hearty pot roast. Also a simple and enjoyable accompaniment on its own in the evening.
