Van Hunks specializes in alcohol-free wines and uses South African Chenin Blanc as a base — a grape variety known for its natural freshness and fruit depth. The Rosé Sparkling is produced in South Africa, where Chenin Blanc has been one of the most widely planted varieties for decades and the warm climate ensures ripe, aromatic grapes.

In the glass, juicy aromas of strawberry and ripe plum appear, underscored by a fresh, light acidity structure that provides tension. The perlage is gentle, the finish refreshing and clearly fruity — without heaviness, without residual sugar stickiness. Vinified dry, the wine remains lively despite its fruitiness and not sweetish.
