The Busker Blend 0.7L

The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth is an Irish blend that unites three whiskey styles in one bottle: single grain, a high proportion of single malt, and single pot still. The character is soft, the body full-bodied.

The blend comes from the Royal Oak Distillery in Ireland. The single grain brings lightness; malt and pot still provide substance. That is why it remains accessible despite its body.

On the nose, tropical fruits and vanilla open up. On the palate, malt, sweetness, and dark chocolate follow, plus toffee and cinnamon as a finer spice. The finish remains soft, sweet, and balanced.

Neat or with an ice cube, the sweetness comes into its own best. At room temperature in a tulip glass, malt and chocolate emerge more clearly. In a highball with ginger ale and an orange slice, it becomes an uncomplicated long drink, and it is also suitable as a base for an Irish coffee.
