Saveur Sparkling Wild Strawberry

An alcohol-free sparkling drink based on wild strawberries — fruity, finely effervescent, and with surprising aromatic depth. Saveur Drinks from Germany has not created a simple strawberry soda here, but a complex composition of berry fruits and herbs.

The nose opens with the characteristic scent of ripe wild strawberries and juicy cherries. On the palate, raspberry, blackberry, and blackcurrant follow, underscored by dried blackberry leaves and rosehips, which give the drink a subtly tart-fresh structure. Passionflower herb and wild blueberries provide depth that one does not necessarily expect from an alcohol-free product. The finish is long, refreshing, and slightly dry.

Serve chilled at 6–8 °C — the aromas unfold best in a champagne glass. Pairs with summer platters with fresh berries, light vanilla-based desserts, or as an elegant alcohol-free option for an aperitif. Also a good choice as a base for a mocktail with fresh mint and lemon.
