Sancerre Comte Lafond rosé AC Sancerre 0.75L

A rosé from the heart of the Loire that shows what Pinot Noir can do in Sancerre: clear fruit, lively acidity, and a lightness that should not be confused with a lack of substance.

The Domaine de Ladoucette is one of the most well-known addresses in the Sancerrois. Under the Comte Lafond label, the house produces wines that carry the classic signature of the appellation — Pinot Noir on limestone and flint soils, vinified dry, with the mineral pull for which the region is known.

In the glass, a light salmon pink. On the nose, strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of citrus peel. On the palate, dry and fresh, with a crisp acid structure and a clean, slightly mineral finish. Not a heavyweight, but precise and balanced.

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs with grilled salmon, goat cheese from the Loire, light pasta dishes with tomatoes, or as an aperitif on a warm evening.
