SaintAzur Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP

SaintAzur Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP
Pale pink, almost salmon-colored in the glass — that's how classic Provence rosés look, the wines that have shaped this style worldwide. The SaintAzur from the Côtes de Provence AOP follows this tradition: dry, fresh, with a Mediterranean character.
The Côtes de Provence is the largest rosé wine region in France. Limestone and schist soils, dry Mistral summers, and cool nights produce wines with natural freshness and aromatic precision. Typical of the region is the blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah—grape varieties that together balance body, fruit, and spice.
The nose reveals white peach, watermelon, and a hint of dried herbs—thyme, perhaps lavender. Lively on the palate, with a clear acidity and a silky texture. The finish brings citrus zest and a light, salty minerality that leaves you wanting another sip.
Serving suggestion: Well chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with grilled sea bass, ratatouille, goat cheese, or a charcuterie platter. Also a safe choice as an aperitif on the terrace—best enjoyed young, within the next one to two years.
