Rosemount Estate is one of Australia's most renowned wineries and has significantly shaped the international perception of Australian wine. The Diamond Selection line sources grapes from the expansive South Eastern Australia growing region, allowing for flexibility in blending and consistent quality across vintages.
In the glass, the wine shines cherry red with violet edges. The nose offers ripe cherry, raspberry, and blueberry – a classic Australian Shiraz profile, fruity and inviting. On the palate, it is juicy, with soft tannins and a smooth, effortless texture. The finish is pleasantly long for this category.
Serving suggestion: Drink now, no aging required. Serving temperature 16–18 °C. Pairs well with pulled pork, grilled beef burgers, tomato ragù, or spicy lentil stew.

The Winery
Rosemount is an Australian winery based in the Hunter Valley and South Australia. It was founded in 1969 by Bob Oatley. The winery has vineyards in the states of New South Wales and South Australia. Grape varieties such as Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, or Cabernet Sauvignon are grown for the production of Rosemount wines.
