Here, the air is the freshest, and the water is crystal clear, constantly crashing against the rugged cliffs. It is precisely this landscape that the Murrays capture in their gin. Besides the obligatory juniper berries, this gin is primarily characterized by Rhodiola rosea, which grows on the rugged, sea-battered cliffs. Even the Vikings harvested these plants to gain extra strength and live to be 200 years old. The Rhodiola rosea roots lend the gin a delicate, fresh rose aroma and give it its name: Rock Rose.
