The Rock Rose Gin is distilled in the northernmost distillery in Scotland and is full of passion and heart and soul. Claire and Martin Murray have the ambition for themselves and their distillates to produce high-quality products with a regional character. The Dunnet Bay Distillery is located in the bay of the same name, in the small town of Caithness. Here you find the freshest air and the clearest water, which continuously breaks against the rugged cliffs. This is exactly the landscape the Murrays capture in their gin. In addition to the mandatory juniper berries, this gin is primarily characterized by rhodiola rosea, which grows on the craggy surf rocks. Even the Vikings harvested these plants to gain extra strength and live to be "200 years old". The roots of the rhodiola rosea give the gin a delicate, fresh rose aroma and give it its name: Rock Rose.
