Quintessence Pinot Blanc Alto Adige DOC 0.75L

The Kaltern winery is one of the oldest cooperatives in South Tyrol and cultivates vineyards around Lake Kaltern at altitudes between 200 and 900 meters. This climate – warm days, cool nights, and lively mountain winds – gives the Pinot Blanc its characteristic tension between ripeness and freshness. The Quintessence represents the targeted selection of the best parcels from this terroir.

In the glass, it shines straw yellow with a green shimmer. The nose offers fresh yellow apple and honeydew melon, along with a subtle floral note. On the palate, it is dry and firm, with lively acidity and a clean, mineral finish.

Served at 10–12 °C , it pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, grilled Arctic char, or mild mountain cheese. It also makes a great, uncomplicated aperitif on warm evenings. Best enjoyed young – within the next two to three years.
