Quartet Rosé Brut Roederer Estate Californian Quality Sparkling Wine 0.75L
Roederer Estate's Quartet Rosé Brut originates in Anderson Valley, one of California's coolest wine-growing regions in Mendocino County. The location ensures slow ripening and a pronounced acidity – qualities Roederer brought with him from Champagne. The blend combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, fermented using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. A portion of oak-aged reserve wines lends the Brut depth and structure.
In the glass, it displays a pale salmon pink color with fine bubbles. Aromas of strawberry, white peach, and a hint of brioche; on the palate, it is fresh with a clean acidity and a dry finish. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Enjoy as an aperitif, with salmon tartare, grilled shrimp, or a light summer salad with goat cheese.
