Light rosé from Provence with a delicate salmon color, dry and designed for freshness: The Prestige Rosé from Domaine des Féraud bears the Côtes de Provence AOP appellation and comes from organic farming.

The Côtes de Provence are among the best-known rosé regions in France. Sunny summers and the Mistral shape the viticulture; the wines are classically light and dry. You might otherwise know the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety from powerful red wines. Here it stands in the rosé and gives it structure without feeling heavy.

On the nose, red berries meet floral notes. On the palate, the wine feels balanced and dry, the fruit remains fine and does not push itself to the fore. The finish elegantly draws out in length.

Serve it at 8–10 °C. It goes well as an aperitif on the terrace, with salade niçoise, grilled sea bream, ratatouille, or with fresh goat cheese with baguette.
