Pinot Rosé brut German Sekt 0.75L

A rosé sparkling wine from Baden that shows what Pinot Noir can achieve beyond still wine: clear structure, lively fruit, dry finish.

The Bernhard Huber winery in Malterdingen is considered one of the defining addresses in Baden — known for Burgundy-oriented wines that prioritize precision over opulence. The Pinot Rosé brut follows this signature: exclusively vinified from Pinot Noir, produced as brut, without compromises on residual sugar.

In the glass, it glows salmon pink. On the nose, red currant, strawberry, and a hint of white pepper appear. On the palate, fine, lively perlage, crisp acidity, medium body — not melt, but precision. The finish is dry and clear, with a slightly mineral note.

Pairs as an aperitif as well as with salmon tartare, grilled char, or light appetizers with goat cheese. Drinking temperature: 7–9 °C.
