An uncomplicated Chablis for everyday enjoyment — fresh, clearly structured, and typically Burgundian. The Petit Chablis from Domaine Régnard showcases what makes Burgundy's northernmost wine region so special: a cool climate, chalky soils, and Chardonnay in its most elegant form.

Domaine Régnard is one of the oldest estates in Chablis and sources grapes from the outer appellation belt surrounding the core area. Petit Chablis grows on Portlandian limestone, which gives the wine its characteristic minerality—less complex than a Premier Cru, but with the same unmistakable terroir fingerprint.

In the glass, it displays aromas of green apple, white grapefruit, and a hint of chalk. The acidity is lively, the body lean, the finish short and clean with a slightly salty note. Not a wine for aging, but for drinking now, well chilled.

Best served at 8–10 °C . Classic with oysters, mussels, or a simple fish dish with lemon butter. Also a good choice as an aperitif on a warm evening.
