Per Sempre Syrah IGT Tuscany 1.5L

A magnum format that makes an impression — and a Syrah that redefines Tuscany. Tua Rita from Suvereto in the southern Maremma coastal strip has established itself since the 1980s as one of the driving forces of the so-called Super Tuscans, with a clear commitment to international grape varieties on Tuscan soil.

The Per Sempre shows a deep, almost impenetrable ruby red in the glass. On the nose, it opens with ripe blackberries and black cherries, plus tobacco, lavender, and a hint of leather — complex, but never overloaded. On the palate, it follows this line: powerful body, dense, well-integrated tannins, yet silky in texture. The finish is long, spicy, and carried by dark fruit.

The 1.5-liter bottle is suitable for evenings when more than two glasses are planned — a feast, a group of wine friends, a special occasion. Pairs with wild boar ragout, braised leg of lamb with rosemary, or aged Pecorino di Pienza. Drinking temperature: 17–18 °C, feel free to decant an hour before pouring.
