PEPE - Four Colors of Pepper
Four types of pepper in one blend: black, white, green, and red pepper combine to create a balanced spice profile that is both visually and aromatically appealing. Black pepper provides the familiar heat, white pepper earthy depth, green pepper fresh, slightly grassy notes, and red pepper rounds it off with a mild fruitiness.
Ground whole, the blend releases its full aroma. Recommendation: grind fresh to preserve the essential oils. It pairs well with pan-fried meat, creamy fresh cheese on sourdough bread, or as a colorful accent drizzled over strawberries with balsamic vinegar. A robust red wine from the Rhône Valley complements the steak perfectly.
