Pampero Blanco 0.7L

Pampero Blanco is a white rum from Venezuela with more depth than you would expect from a clear rum. It is aged for up to four years in former Scotch whisky barrels and then filtered so that it remains clear and clean in the glass while preserving the character of the blend.

It is distilled in three copper pot stills. The long barrel aging gives the rum structure without masking the bright fruit. This is rare for white rums. Pampero stands for the Venezuelan rum tradition, which is known for softer, rather sweet styles.

On the nose, it is fresh and fruity: blackcurrant, green apple, and banana. On the palate, it is sweet and delicate, with a hint of cotton candy, light caramel, and vanilla.

Try it well-chilled or on ice to experience the fruit notes in their pure form. In a Daiquiri, Mojito, or Cuba Libre, it brings enough aroma to hold its own alongside lime, mint, and cola.
