Odyssée Vin de France 0.75L

Odyssée Vin de France 0.75L
A wine that deliberately ignores geographical boundaries: Odyssée brings together Cabernet Sauvignon from the Médoc with Grenache and Mourvèdre from the southern Rhône under a single bottle — only possible as Vin de France, France's most flexible origin category.
Behind the project is En Aparté, a producer who abandons classic appellation logic in favor of their own blending philosophy. The result is a cuvée that combines the structure of the Médoc with the warmth and spice of the south. The nose reveals blackberry, cassis, and cherry, along with garrigue herbs—thyme and lavender—and a subtle hint of smoke. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied, with the tannic backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon and the fleshy richness of Grenache and Mourvèdre.
Best served at 16–18 °C . Pairs well with braised lamb loin with herbs de Provence, grilled entrecôte, or a robust goat cheese from southern France. If desired, open the bottle half an hour before serving—this allows the wine time to develop.
