ODE Aperitif Ruby Wood

A low-alcohol aperitif based on Riesling, featuring an unusual selection of botanicals: hibiscus blossoms, red sandalwood, orange, and vanilla create a profile that balances fruity depth with a bitter, woody character. The deep ruby ​​color is achieved without artificial colorings—the hibiscus provides it.

In the glass, Ruby Wood initially displays hibiscus and orange, followed by a gentle hint of bitterness with dry wood notes on the finish. The Riesling base keeps everything light and acidic.
