Nozze d'Oro DOC Sicily 0.75L

A white wine with history: the Nozze d'Oro was created in 1984 when Count Giuseppe Tasca d'Almerita celebrated his golden wedding anniversary with his wife Franca — and had a wine created for it that carries the family history of the Regaleali estate in the bottle.

Tenuta Regaleali is located in the heart of Sicily, far from the coast, at an altitude of about 400 meters. The high altitude ensures cooler nights, which preserve the freshness and aromatic tension of the Inzolia — the classic Sicilian white wine variety. The Tasca d'Almerita family has been cultivating the estate for over 200 years and is considered one of the defining addresses for quality-conscious Sicilian viticulture.

In the glass, the Nozze d'Oro shows the typical aromas of Inzolia: white flowers, ripe pear, and a hint of almond, plus a subtle mineral note on the finish. The body is full-bodied, the acidity integrated, the finish dry and persistent.

On the table, it cuts a fine figure with grilled sea bass, pasta with seafood, or a young Pecorino Siciliano. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
