Mulled Winter Punch

Belvoir Fruit Farms from Leicestershire has stood for decades for juices and syrups made with real fruit and without artificial additives. This non-alcoholic winter punch is a typical example of this: no flavors from the lab, but red grape juice, elderberries, black currants, and orange, rounded off with winter spices.

In the glass, it shows a deep, ruby red color. The taste combines the dark fruit of elderberry and currant with the sweetness of grape juice and a spicy warmth in the finish. Serve warm at approx. 70–75 °C — simply heat in a pot, do not boil. Pairs with gingerbread, cinnamon pastries, or as an accompaniment to a cheese board with mature soft cheeses.
