Apricot 0.35L

An apricot brandy from Styria, entirely focused on the fruit: soft curves, distinct apricot scent, full-bodied aroma. The basis is the Hungarian Best or Klosterneuburg apricot varieties, both classic apricot varieties of Austria.

Gölles distills in Riegersburg in the Styrian volcanic region, a region known for its fruit. The company specializes in fine brandies and vinegars. This apricot stands for the fruit-forward style of the house: the variety is the focus, not the staging.

Ripe apricot on the nose, juicy and round on the palate, with the soft character you expect from good apricot. Serve it neat at about 16 °C in a tulip glass, as a digestif after a meal, or with desserts such as apricot dumplings and curd pancakes. The 0.35 l bottle is suitable for getting to know it and for giving as a gift.
