Mar de Frades manages the Finca Valiñas estate in the Salnés Valley, the coastal heartland of the Rías Baixas. Granitic soils, Atlantic sea air, and a mild, humid climate—these three factors combine to create an Albariño that truly reflects its terroir in every glass. The Salnés Valley is considered the most prestigious subzone of the appellation, and Finca Valiñas is one of its most renowned estates.

On the nose, ripe peach, candied lemon, and white blossoms, with a subtle hint of salt that suggests its proximity to the Atlantic coast. Powerful yet precise on the palate: creamy texture, well-integrated acidity, and mineral depth. The finish lingers with lemon zest, roasted almonds, and a touch of salt minerality—long and sharply defined.

Best served at 8–10 °C . Classic with seafood — scallops, grilled sea bass or Galician octopus. Also goes well with creamy rice dishes or mature goat cheese.
