Madonna delle Vittorie Lagrein Dark

Lagrein is an indigenous grape variety from Trentino-South Tyrol, related to Teroldego. The grapes come from vineyards in the municipalities of Arco and Nargo-Torbole, just a few kilometers from the winery. The grapes are selected directly in the vineyard, destemmed, and pressed into red wine in stainless steel tanks. After maceration on the skins for approximately 15-20 days, the wine is racked. This wine then rests in French oak barrels until bottling. Before being released for sale, it matures for two months in the bottle. This Lagrein has an intense ruby-red color, and its bouquet is characterized by aromas of wild berries, violets, vanilla, and coffee. Its structure is full and persistent, and its taste is soft and velvety.

Madonna delle Vittoria

The area around Lake Garda is ideal for grapevines. Not only the soil and the mild climate, but also the local air currents make all the difference: the "Ora del Garda" and "Pelér" winds ventilate the vines day and night. No mold, no pests. Add to that the temperature fluctuations, which perfectly develop the aromatic potential of the grapes. The Madonna delle Vittorie winery cultivates 26 hectares using the Guyot training system and creates fresh white wines, fragrant red wines, and sparkling wines such as the renowned Spumante Brut Trento DOC Metodo Classico.
