Madamarosè Sallier de la Tour DOC Sicily 0.75L

A rosé from Sicily that shows what Syrah can achieve in the right location: fresh, structured and with southern warmth without heaviness.

The Sallier de la Tour winery is located in the Monreale appellation, a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The sea breezes cool the slopes, ensuring that the Syrah retains its aromatics and lively acidity despite the Sicilian sun—a combination that many other southern Italian rosés lack.

In the glass, the Madamarosè shines a clear raspberry pink. The nose offers fresh strawberry, pomegranate, and a hint of wild herbs—typical of Syrah grown on volcanic soils. On the palate, it is dry, with a fine acidity and a pleasantly spicy finish that lingers a bit longer than one might expect from a rosé.

Serve well chilled at 10–12 °C . Pairs well with grilled fish, burrata with tomatoes, light pasta dishes with seafood, or as an aperitif on warm evenings.
