Lallier Rose Brut

Lallier Rosé Brut – a Champagne that demonstrates why the House of Lallier is among the finest producers in Aÿ-Champagne. Those seeking a rosé that is far more than just a visual impression will find here a serious, characterful cuvée with genuine depth. In the glass, it shines with a vibrant salmon pink hue, the perlage fine and persistent. The nose opens with red berries – strawberry, raspberry, a hint of cherry – complemented by a subtle brioche note that alludes to the House's classic Champagne vinification. On the palate, the Lallier Rosé Brut is well-balanced: fruity yet dry, with a pleasant freshness and a long, mineral finish. Origin: Aÿ, Champagne, France Style: Brut Rosé, dry Vinification: Blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with red wine Serving temperature: 8–10 °C Whether as an aperitif, with dinner, or as the centerpiece of a special moment – this Champagne pairs perfectly with salmon tartare, strawberry desserts, or simply enjoyed on its own in good company. Champagne Lallier

Maison Lallier – Champagne artistry from Aÿ. Founded in 1906 in the Grand Cru village, the house is one of the region's most traditional yet innovative. René Lallier, a passionate lover of nature and terroir, laid the foundation. Over generations, the estate grew: Jean Lallier modernized in the 1930s, René-James expanded the brand and created new cuvées. In 2004, oenologist Francis Tribaut took over, and since 2021, cellar master Dominique Demarville has shaped the contemporary, terroir-oriented style. Lallier – Champagne with history and vision.
