Kleoni Imiglykos Weiss

A slightly sweet white wine from Greece — uncomplicated, fresh and suitable for many occasions where it shouldn't be too dry.

Lafkiotis SA is an established winery from the Peloponnese that has been producing classic Greek wine styles for decades. Imiglykos is not a brand, but a legally defined category: semi-sweet, with noticeable residual sugar but a light acidity balance. The blend of Roditis, Savatiano, and Moschofilero draws on three widely cultivated Greek grape varieties—Roditis contributes freshness, Savatiano body, and Moschofilero floral aromas.

In the glass, the wine displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of peach, white melon, and a hint of orange blossom. On the palate, the sweetness is present but not heavy—a moderate acidity ensures easy drinkability. The finish is short and clean.

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C . Pairs well with lightly spiced appetizers, feta salads, grilled vegetables, or as an accompaniment to savory-sweet Asian dishes. Also enjoyable on its own as an uncomplicated summer evening wine.
