I Rosa Rosé Venezia DOC

A dry rosé from Veneto that wants more than just summer lightness: dark berry fruit, floral notes, and a clear structure. The I Rosa Rosé comes from Borgo Molino Vigne & Vini and carries the origin designation Venezia DOC.

In the glass is a clear, light rosé. On the nose, violets meet wild blackberry, plus a slightly spicy line. On the palate, the wine is dry and soft in texture. The juicy fruit gains hold through a precise contour; the style remains straightforward and does not push itself to the fore. Fruit, spice, and structure lie cleanly together.

Serve it at 8 to 10 °C. It pairs with antipasti with prosciutto and melon, with grilled fish, with pasta with light tomato sauces, or simply as an aperitif on the terrace. It also goes well with pizza and grilled vegetables.
