Seña 2019 comes from the Aconcagua Valley — one of Chile's most ambitious wine projects, born from a collaboration between Robert Mondavi and Eduardo Chadwick. The winery is situated at an altitude of 700 meters, where cool nights and intense sunlight slow down the ripening process and intensify the aromas.

In the glass, the 2019 vintage displays a deep purple-red color. The nose opens with aromas of cassis, blackberry, and violet, underpinned by notes of dark chocolate and a subtle spiciness from the oak barrel aging. On the palate, the tannins are silky yet structured—not a wine that imposes itself, but one that takes its time. The acidity is present enough to maintain freshness, and the finish is long and mineral.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy now with aeration, alongside beef fillet, aged Manchego cheese, or leg of lamb with herbs. Drinking window until 2032. Serving temperature 17–18 °C.
