Gusbourne Rosé in GP Gusbourne Estate 0.75L

An English sparkling wine that shows what the chalk soils of Kent can achieve: the Gusbourne Rosé comes from the Gusbourne Estate in the county of Kent, one of the most renowned addresses for English quality sparkling wine. The winery is located in the heart of the Garden of England, where the cool climate and calcareous chalk give the wine a distinct freshness and structure.

A delicate pink shines in the glass. On the nose, strawberry, fresh cherry, and red currant appear, plus floral notes that give the wine an elegant lightness. On the palate follows a lively, crisp acidity that carries the red fruits and transitions into a creamy, long finish. The dosage as Brut keeps the wine taut and dry without suppressing the fruit.

Served well-chilled at 8–10 °C, it pairs with salmon tartare, grilled scallops, or a platter of mild goat cheese. It also cuts a fine figure as an aperitif before a summer meal.
