Golden West Pinot Noir

Washington State is one of the up-and-coming red wine regions in the USA — its continental climate with hot days and cool nights ensures slow ripening and retains acidity, especially in the delicate Pinot Noir grape. The name "Golden West" hints at the western coastal influence that gives the wine its freshness.

On the nose, blackcurrant, forest floor, and a subtle hint of spice—clove or allspice. On the palate, mineral notes of limestone and leather, medium body, dry finish with pleasant length. The acidity keeps the wine lively without making it harsh.

Serving temperature 15–17 °C . Pairs well with herb-crusted salmon fillet, mushroom risotto, or a mature goat cheese. Also a good choice as an accompaniment to lighter meat dishes such as grilled duck breast.
