Geldermann Spätburgunder Rosé Extra Brut 0.75L

A dry rosé sparkling wine made from pure Pinot Noir that impresses with a fine perlage and clear structure — without the residual sweetness of many rosé sparkling wines.

Geldermann is one of the oldest private sparkling wine cellars in Germany and has its origins in Breisach, Baden. The house stands for classic sparkling wine production with German grape varieties; the Pinot Noir Rosé is one of the highlights of the range. The Extra Brut classification means a dosage content of less than 6 g/l — the sparkling wine thus remains significantly drier than a Brut and lets the grape variety speak for itself.

A light salmon pink in the glass with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose brings red berries — raspberry, strawberry — with a hint of brioche. Present but lean on the palate: lively acidity, little residual sweetness, short fresh finish with a touch of citrus zest.

Pairs well with salmon tartare, shrimp, light appetizers, or as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C.
