Field Cabernet-Merlot Riserva Alto Adige DOC 0.75L

The Feld Cabernet-Merlot Riserva from Alto Adige is a structured red wine with depth — shaped by the alpine location and the Mediterranean climate of South Tyrol, where cool nights and warm days sharpen the aromatics.

Kellerei Kaltern is one of the most renowned cooperatives in South Tyrol and manages vineyards around Lake Kaltern. For the Feld Riserva, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are vinified from hand-picked parcels — the Riserva classification stands for extended aging time and higher standards for raw material and production.

In the glass, it shows an intense garnet red. The nose opens with ripe wild berries, blackberry, and aromas of roasted cocoa beans. On the palate, it appears full-bodied with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant spice in the finish.

Serving temperature 16–18 °C. Pairs with braised beef, leg of lamb with rosemary, or aged Pecorino.
