A strawberry liqueur with 15% vol. that puts the fruit in the center: light in alcohol, clear in aroma, uncomplicated in use. The New Generation is aimed at everyone who prefers fruit liqueurs to be fresh rather than heavy.

Behind the Erdbeerzauber is Etter Söhne AG Distillerie Zug, a Swiss distillery known for fruit brandies and liqueurs. The liqueur is created according to a specially developed house recipe from selected, aromatic strawberries. The moderate alcohol content underscores the fruit-driven style.

On the nose, fresh strawberry dominates; on the palate, a round sweetness and lively fruit follow. The texture remains soft, the finish fruity. Serve it well-chilled, neat as an aperitif or digestif, or over ice. As a Kir, you can top it up with white wine or sparkling wine, or in a long drink with soda or tonic. It also adds a clear strawberry note over vanilla ice cream, panna cotta, or sorbet.
