The Champagne's name is a tribute to the monk Dom Pérignon, who is credited with inventing the méthode champenoise in the 17th century. He is said to have discovered this classic bottle fermentation method by chance, famously exclaiming, "I drink stars!" The bouquet is rich with notes of brioche and hazelnut.
