Crémant Rosé Brut German Sekt b.A. 0.75L

Crémant Rosé Brut German Sekt b.A. 0.75L
A rosé sparkling wine with a clear line: salmon-colored in the glass, fine-bubbled and dry — the result of traditional bottle fermentation according to the Méthode Traditionnelle.
The Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein is one of the traditional houses of Baden, based in Oberrotweil at the Kaiserstuhl. The volcanic soils of this location shape the Pinot Noir, which serves as the base for the Crémant Rosé here — a grape variety that Baden masters particularly well and which gives the sparkling wine structure and fruit at the same time.
On the nose, aromas of red currant and strawberry appear, plus a hint of brioche from the yeast aging. On the palate, lively, with fresh acidity and a clean, dry finish without residual sweetness. The perlage is fine and lingering — typical for bottle fermentation.
Served well chilled at 7–9 °C, this Crémant is suitable as an aperitif as well as with light appetizers, salmon carpaccio, or strawberry desserts. It also cuts a fine figure as a companion to a summer brunch.
