Clase Azul Plata Tequila
Clase Azul Plata comes from the highlands of Jalisco – a region whose red clay soils give the blue Weber agave its special sweetness and fruitiness. The agaves mature there for at least eight years before being harvested and cooked in traditional stone ovens (hornos).
The Blanco is not aged in barrels, but showcases the pure distillate: fresh citrus peel, a hint of white pepper, and a light agave sweetness on the finish. Double distilled, clear, and without additives. The hand-painted ceramic bottle is a well-known hallmark of the brand.
Neat at room temperature or slightly chilled – without ice, which mutes the flavors. Classically as a Margarita (fresh lime juice, Cointreau) or with ceviche and grilled seafood.
