City of London Rhub.&Rose Gin 0.7L

A gin with two clear stars: rhubarb and rose. The City of London Rhubarb & Rose Gin appears in the glass with a delicate pink shimmer and is built on the classic botanicals of a London Dry Gin.

The City of London distillery stands for gin in the London tradition. In this version, fresh rhubarb and dried rose petals are particularly emphasized during distillation. The juniper remains as the structural framework.

In the glass, the slightly tart freshness of the rhubarb meets floral rose notes, carried by juniper and the classic gin botanicals. This makes the gin fruity and floral without losing its gin structure.

Recommendation: well-chilled neat on ice or with tonic water and a strip of lemon peel. As a base for a Gin Fizz or a spritz with sparkling wine, the rhubarb-rose note also comes into its own.
