Chavin is a southern French winery with many years of experience in producing alcohol-free wines. The Zero line was created from the desire to combine the aromatics of the Midi region with state-of-the-art dealcoholization technology – gently, so that fruit and freshness are preserved.

In the glass, the wine shines a bright salmon pink. The nose reveals aromas of strawberry, red currant, and a hint of white peach. On the palate, it is light, with fine bubbles and a pleasant fruit sweetness balanced by a subtle acidity. The finish is short and fresh.
