Château Minuty Cuvée M Rosé 1.5L Magnum

Color: very pale, glossy salmon pink. Aroma: delicate, fragrant bouquet of sweet, ripe red berries (strawberries, red currants) and subtle herbal notes. Taste: dry, fruity, elegant, and fresh on the palate with a beautiful balance of lively acidity, delicate berry fruit, and whisper-thin herbal and spice aromas. The grapes for the M de Minuty Rosé cuvée are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed in the winery, gently crushed, and briefly macerated (three to four hours) before pressing to extract the delicate pink color and fragrant varietal aromas from the skins. After pressing, the must rests overnight at a cool 15°C, allowing any sediment to settle and the must to be gently clarified. The following day, fermentation begins at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve maximum fruity freshness and lively acidity in the wine. For the same reason, the wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation and only rest for a short time at a cool 15°C in the tank before being lightly filtered and bottled.

Château Minuty

The French winery Château Minuty was founded in 1936 and is located in the Provence region. It is just 15 minutes from the town of St. Tropez and offers breathtaking views across the entire bay. The estate is owned by François and Jean Etienne Matton. A total of 70 hectares of vineyards are cultivated using environmentally friendly methods without the use of pesticides or herbicides, which is only possible because the vineyards are surrounded by a forest. The soils, which consist mainly of limestone, are used to grow grape varieties such as Mouvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, Semillon, Rolle, and Ugni.
