Château Liversan AC Haut-Médoc 0.75L

Château Liversan AC Haut-Médoc 0.75L
A classic Haut-Médoc from the Cru Bourgeois camp: structured, accessible, and with the typical character of the left bank of the Garonne.
Château Liversan is located in Saint-Sauveur, west of Pauillac, and farms 51 hectares on sandy-loamy soils with gravel deposits. The cuvée combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot — a classic Médoc assemblage that balances structure and suppleness.
In the glass, it shows dark cherry and blackberry, underpinned by cedar wood and a hint of graphite — the typical Cabernet profile of the Médoc. The palate is medium-weight with firmly integrated tannins, a lively acidity, and a spicy-long finish with light tobacco notes.
Best served at 16–18 °C. Pairs well with rack of lamb with a herb crust, beef tri-tip, or strong hard cheese like Comté. If opening it now, it should be decanted at least an hour beforehand.
