Château de L'Aumerade l'Origine Rosé Côtes de Provence

Color: delicate pink

Château de L'Aumerade Cru Classé shows itself to be delicately fruity with slightly exotic notes of lychee, pink grapefruit, and ripe, sweet apples

Taste: dry, delicate, and juicy-fresh, with fine acidity and a very harmonious balance of the grape varieties

The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated for one night at cool temperatures. After pressing, the wine rests for another night at 15°C before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18°C and subsequently maturing at 15°C.

good rose, could be a bit cheaper. The first wine (cru classe Christine) costs just as much at Globus !!

Gladly again anytime

Have known and loved this wine for a long time. Found it here again at a reasonable price. For me, well chilled, it is a wine for the whole year.

The Château

Château de l'Aumerade

Château de l'Aumerade – this is Provence as it should be: sun-drenched, elegant and with a history dating back to the 17th century.

Since 1932, the Fabre family has run this exceptional winery with a steady hand and genuine passion. Their Crus Classés from the Côtes de Provence are the result of generations of knowledge and a terroir that is second to none – fruity, full of character, and unmistakably southern French. One sip, and you'll understand why rosé wine from Provence is so special.
