The Vigna San Francesco from Tenuta Regaleali is a Sicilian Chardonnay that combines the warmth of the island with a clear, dry structure — not a heavy summer wine, but a balanced white wine with depth.

Tenuta Regaleali is located in the heart of Sicily, in the hills of the province of Palermo at an altitude of around 400 to 600 meters. The Tasca d'Almerita family winery is one of the island's defining addresses and has been building on continental influences for generations, which noticeably mitigate the hot Mediterranean climate at this altitude. The Vigna San Francesco is a single-site cuvée that shows what Chardonnay can achieve on Sicilian soil.

In the glass, ripe citrus fruit, yellow apple, and a hint of tropical notes appear — pineapple, a strip of mango. The palate is dry, with a fresh acid structure that keeps the fruit profile in balance. The finish is persistent and aromatic.

Well-chilled to 10–12 °C, it pairs with grilled sea bass, pasta with bottarga, or a light Pecorino from southwestern Sicily.
