How sweet is the ICE Impérial Rosé – is that a dry champagne?

It is Off-Dry, so noticeably sweeter than a Brut – the higher dosage is deliberately chosen. Strawberry, red currant, and a hint of white peach are in the foreground; the champagne acidity keeps the whole thing fresh and prevents it from appearing heavy.

Do I really have to drink it on ice – or does it work classically too?

It is explicitly developed for enjoyment over ice cubes: the aroma structure is designed to withstand even strong cooling. It works classically in a flute, but its character comes into its own best in a wide wine glass or tumbler with plenty of ice.

At what temperature should I serve it if I drink it without ice?

8–10 °C – so well chilled, but not ice-cold from the freezer. Anyone serving it over ice can take it out of the fridge a bit warmer, as the ice cubes lower the temperature quickly.
