Chambolle-Musigny AC 0.75L
Chambolle-Musigny is considered the most delicate village of the Côte de Nuits — and this wine from Maison Joseph Drouhin captures this character exactly. The house from Beaune, family-owned since 1880, is one of the most reliable addresses for classically vinified Burgundy and manages plots across the Côte d'Or.
In the glass, the 2022 Pinot Noir shows an intense, luminous color. On the nose, it opens with violets and peonies, plus red berries and a floral depth that is typical for Chambolle. On the palate, silky, with fine tannins and a lively acidity that keeps the finish fresh — not a heavy wine, but an elegant one.
It is best served at 16–17 °C — with Coq au vin, a pigeon with lentils, or ripe Époisses. Those who drink it pure should give it some time in the glass so that the aromas can fully unfold.
