Bourgogne Pinot Noir

A Burgundy that puts fruit and freshness in the foreground: the Bourgogne Pinot Noir from Domaine Felettig is a varietal Pinot Noir with a fine, straightforward style.

The winery is at home in Chambolle-Musigny, one of the most famous villages of the Côte de Nuits, and is managed by the Felettig family. The Bourgogne shows how the family understands Pinot Noir: clear, lean, and without unnecessary heaviness.

On the nose, there is cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, plus floral and spicy nuances. On the palate, the wine feels fine and straightforward. Freshness and a salty note give it pull, density, and clarity. The fruit stands out clearly even in the young stage.

We recommend it at 14 to 16 °C, for example with duck breast, fried calf's liver, Coq au Vin, or a ripe Epoisses. It also pairs well with a platter of charcuterie, for example with jambon persillé.
