Bourgogne Meursault AOP

A Meursault that shows what Burgundy Chardonnay can achieve on lime-rich soil: complex, mineral, and with a depth that slowly unfolds in the glass.

Didier Delagrange manages the estate in the sixth generation. The family cultivates 14.5 hectares in the best sites of the Côte de Beaune — one of France's most renowned Chardonnay addresses. Meursault stands for precise white wine with substance: not a light drinking wine, but a wine that deserves time.

In the nose, hawthorn, acacia, and elderberry, underpinned by a distinct flint minerality. On the palate, full-bodied, with citrus fruit and a hint of vanilla. With some air or aging, hazelnut and honey emerge — classic aging aromas of a good Meursault. Dry, with a lively acid structure that gives the wine length.

Best served at 12–14 °C. Pairs with sweetbreads, lobster with butter sauce, scallops, or an aged Comté.
