Bourgogne Côte d'Or Blanc AC 0.75L

A classic Pinot Blanc from the heart of the Côte d'Or — clearly structured, dry and with the typical minerality that characterizes Chardonnay from this region.

Domaine Jean Monnier & Fils is one of the most traditional family-run wineries in Meursault. For generations, the family has cultivated their plots along the Côte d'Or, that narrow strip of limestone soil between Dijon and Santenay that set the standard for Chardonnay worldwide. The Bourgogne Côte d'Or Blanc is the entry-level wine in their range—and yet it clearly shows its origins.

In the glass, it displays a bright golden yellow. The nose offers white peach, citrus zest, and a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, precise acidity, medium body, and a clean, slightly mineral finish. Not a wine that makes a loud entrance—but one that has substance.

Best served at 10–12 °C . Pairs well with quiche Lorraine, grilled cod with herb butter, or a young goat cheese. Drinking window: now until 2027.
